On Wednesday nights we hold club circuit training. It is open to all Cattewater members of all abilities.

Run by Jeff the session aims to increase fitness levels with core work and short sprints. Arranged as a timed circuit you can simply push yourself to your own abilities within the given time. This means you can build up your fitness levels at your own pace.

Opening the session will be a team game to warm up, followed by a 20 minute circuit and then cool down and stretch. The session is a hour long for a £3 donation. The money goes towards running costs and the club for rowing equipment ect.
