Tuesday nights is the home of Ergos!
Run by the lovely Sarah Lee, with help from Paul, Ergos is open to all members. It’s a great way to train out of the boat to help build up your stamina.
The evening is broken down by an initial warm up followed by a 30 minute split at a steady pace. Then after a short break the session concludes with a 10 minute split on a slightly higher rate. If you have never taken part in an Ergos session before, fear not! There are plenty of Cattes to help you out and hold your hand.
We hold two sessions one at 6:30 and the other at 7:30pm. There is a maximum of 10 people per session so please make sure you book in on team cowboy to avoid disappointment. The session lasts an hour and is a £2 donation. The money goes towards running costs and the club for rowing equipment ect.
